GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Are you Ready to try a Fun and challenging Workout?

Our Group Fitness Classes are designed to give you maximum training effects in a friendly and supportive environment.  High intensity music helps you to get in the Zone and get down to business.  If you haven’t tried a Class before, don’t worry!  Your Instructors are helpful and ready to welcome you.

If you are a Local, new to Cobar, NSW or are just visiting – our Group Classes are are great way to meet new people and make friends with vibrant active Members of the community.  JKM Dynamic Fitness welcomes you.

What to Bring

You don’t need any special equipment to attend any of our Group Training Sessions. However, we do request that you bring with you at all times a towel and water bottle. If you are doing Boxercise you are welcome to bring along your own gloves, hand wraps and pads however all equipment is supplied for you to enjoy your sessions.

Your Qualified Instructor

All Group Training classes are run by our experienced Professional and accredited trainer, Amie Jacklin.  As a respected DYNAMIC Instructor, Amie has one of the strongest reputations in Cobar as a quality Instructor and Fitness Professional.  She is on hand to help you meet your fitness goals in a fun and challenging environment.

Class Descriptions

BODYPUMP® 

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 30 Minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.  Get the results you came for – and fast!

BODYBALANCE®  

A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.  Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BOXERCISE 

 High intensity pad work using free standing bags or boxing using gloves and pads. Great workout and stress release, suitable for all fitness levels

Mums and Bubs Classes

MUMS & BUBS

This class is all about getting mums in shape! This class starts with postnatal exercises that aim to reengage the Pelvic Floor and stabilise the pelvis before enjoying circuit based exercises where you can interact with your little one. Suitable for all mums who have had clearance from a health professional to restart exercise after childbirth.

 

 

 

 

TBW Total Body Workout

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Total body workout is the perfect class for beginner through to advanced. Work at your own pace in a friendly environment using body weight, circuits and functional training. Low impact options are always available in this class.
